Customer Arrival Hours:
Strictly 8AM to 5PM, 7 days a week. (closed Christmas day). 

Office hours:
Mon - Fri 8AM - 5PM.
Closed weekends and public holidays, but excludes ETAs (estimated time of arrival) from customers arriving that day. 

We're happy that we can offer you 9 hours of flexibility every day to drop off or collect your dog. BUT please note, these hours are STRICT. Don't arrive early or late, as this is a family owned and operated business, we try to maintain our morning and evening family routines undisrupted.  Thank you for your understanding and respecting business.
